The Celtic Irish cross tattoo has a long history dating back over many centuries in the British Isles. The original Irish cross tats was designed with two equal lengths of cross beams representing the four main elements of the planet; earth, wind, fire, and water. When the this kind of tattoo is seen today it is often embellished with detailed geometric, and swirl designs of vines, or flowers, called Celtic Knots. The center circle on the cross beams of the this cross tattoo is a symbol of life revolving in an eternal plane of existence, surrounded by the four natural elements.

Modern tattoo artist love the intricate details of the Celtic knot patterns on the Irish cross tattoos. With their small patterns that are connected like amaze, the artist has a chance to shoe off his intricate detail work as a true artisan. People love the Irish cross tattoos for their beauty and variety. This tattoo is also one of the few intricate designs that can look wonderful in a small size, or a large one, and still be a complex design.

Their appeal to both men and women is their diversity as both an intimate Irish cross tattoo, and a complex bold tribal tattoo. Since the cross Irish were in existence long before the Holy Cross symbolism, became the normal connotations' of the cross design, its Pagan roots are the perfect background for other beliefs and totems. Saint Patrick brought Christianity to Ireland, and drove the snakes out, by blessing a Celtic Standing Stone, which bore the sacred symbol of the Celtic cross. This was the beginning of the crossing of the Pagan and Christian use of the this cross in Ireland.

The delicate Knot work of these has no beginning and no end, when it is applied correctly; this too represents the never-ending circle of life on earth. The Druids believed that all of life is connected through the four elements and they often placed the Irish cross on the warriors and chiefs of the clans of Ireland to protect them during battle from enemies both mortal and supernatural.

The modern tattoo o crosses is not always depicted with the four equal points of the cross; the Christian influence has almost eradicated the elemental representation. Yet the Irish Cross Tattoo remains a popular tattoo across the world.

I have to say that woman and tattoo art establishes a fruitfully promising compatibility towards one another. It brings out the inner aphrodisiac in all men. At least I would hope so. It all starts off with a sensual lady walking across the glossed wooden floor with black high heels on with the illustration of an enticing tribal dragon on her left calve which isn't too big or too small, but just right!

Yes people! She's walking with an attitude implementing that "I know what I want" stride! The very idea of that just turns a person on! If you were to get a tattoo of a dragon, I think that would be an awesome first choice! However, lets delve into the meaning of the DRAGON.

My perception of dragon, is the uncanny will to domineer the masses with a little sexual tincture to add to his or her delight. The image of a dragon also illustrates cultural Ninjitsu and it's disciplinary properties in the martial arts world. Dragon is quality of being and self improving industrial strength within the spiritual and mental aspect of life.

When I think about women, I think of a mirror image of roses, so why not incorporate flower art, or even a BEAUTIFUL TRIBAL FLOWER onto her body! Sure, there are many flowers and Roses to choose from, but only one can uniquely describe you! Roses are the reflection of passionate romance that lingers with a robust and uplifting scent that satisfies the mood. Some women like to have this sort of art sitting on top where her left or right chest begins. Maybe would even include a stem down there for an interesting and spontaneous surprise!

So you want to find your inner self? Maybe with the incognitos of a dragon, or a sweet sensual delicacy of a flower. The gateway to the fantasy realm of tattoo body art doesn't have to end here. Determining your specifics in a tattoo is very important, like finding the right lover that can please your every need. Because I know you wouldn't want to rush into a decision that you would end up regretting! Good Luck and happy browsing!

Cost can be a major factor in determining which tattoo removal product to use and TCA tattoo removal is the most cost-effective way of removing an unwanted tattoo. Of the four most common methods of tattoo removal TCA is the least expensive by a significant margin. Below is a list of the four most common forms of tattoo removal from the least expensive to the most expensive.

Tattoo Fading and Removal Methods Ranked from Least to Most Expensive.

1) TCA Tattoo Removal
2) Tattoo Removal Cream
3) Dermabrasion
4) Laser

1).TCA Tattoo Removal
TCA is a cosmetic acid commonly used for facial peels, removal or reduction of acne scars, warts, and other facial blemishes.

It has been used as a tattoo removal products for the past 30 years.

TCA is the only home ink removal product that has has been thoroughly tested in two medical studies and proven to be effective as a tatoo removal product in the vast majority of the test subjects.

The first TCA tatoo removal medical study was performed from 1979 to1984 using 670 volunteer patients. At the end of the study, 85% of the test subjects were satisfied with their results.

The second TCA tattoo removal medical study was performed using 40 volunteers from May 1988 through February of 1989. At the end of the study, participants reported a 90% satisfactory rate.

2).Tattoo Removal Cream.
There is no known tattoo removal cream medical study proving the effectiveness of tattoo removal cream as a way to remove tattoo pigment. If such a study existed every manufacturer would be using it to market their product.

Many tattoo removal cream product manufacturers use the lure of a no pain, easy to apply, once or twice daily tattoo removal process that is simple, easy, and more affordable than laser surgery. They, of course, neglect to tell you that a simple tattoo removal cream, by itself, probably will not remove a tattoo.

Girls Tattoos
Original combinations of flowers, patterns, a flame, tribals, vignettes. Stars and various smooth lines.

There are a myriad of tribal flower tattoo designs to choose from, I will show you many on this page.

Flower tattoos are popular, simply because they make beautiful tattoos and can be the perfect form for expressing ones inner feelings.
Each flower has a message and meaning, these can be used to express your own ideas and beliefs.

On St. Valentine's Day tribal heart tattoos are a brilliant means of expressing your love for your loved one, unless they wanted a box of chocolates that is.
In which case you're in deep s… erm I mean a lot of trouble.
As you may have realized the three images shown above are the same design.
The first one on the left is the original tribal heart, I have altered the other two with a simple graphic software program.
With the centre one I have added a red outline, the third (far right) I reversed by turning the original black image red and then adding a black outline.
Tribal Heart Tattoos

In the world of tattoos, tribal tattoos have become really quite popular. In the early 1990's they started to make their appearance, and since then their popularity has continued to grow.
If you have been contemplating the idea of getting a tribal tattoo you will want to give the idea some thought to decide if it is the best tattoo design choice for you.
In general tribal tattoos are mostly black if not all black. The truth is that black ink is the most durable and long lasting of all the tattoo inks. Many of the more colorful tattoo inks tend to start to fade as the years go by. Black ink has a substantially longer life than those colored inks.
Most tattoo artists are able to do a tribal tattoo for you, and this is probably due in part to their widespread popularity. Additionally, tribal tattoos are bold images that definitely catch someone's eye. If you want to make a statement a tribal tattoo is a good way to do so.

Tribal tattoos are not without their disadvantages. Covering up a tribal tattoo can be very difficult. This is due mainly to the high concentration of black ink. That same black ink is part of why tattoo removal is not very successful with tribal tattoos. Additionally not all tattoo artists are well versed in very traditional tribal tattoos. If you are looking for something very specific you may have a bit of difficulty finding an artist who can create precisely what you are looking for. You also have to be careful when you are choosing a tribal tattoo. You do not want to insult a culture so you will want to take car in choosing the design of your tribal tattoo.

Traditional tribal tattoos all have a purpose behind them. Many of these tattoos were used as an identification tool or to express an individual's social status. Additionally, some people may use these tribal tattoos to symbolize an important life event or rite of passage. Lastly, tribal tattoos are often associated with magical things like protection or healing. You will want to keep this in mind as you select your tribal tattoo design.

Tribal tattoos have been used for centuries and have many meanings depending on the era and origin of the tattoo. True tribal tattoos use the natural contours and curves of the body and dark ink to create a breath-taking image that is rich in the discipline of art. Tribal tattoos look relatively easy, but to the contrary, it takes a high level of skill to create a true tribal tattoo. Tribal tattoos are created using dark colors and shadowing to create an image that has depth and sometimes appears three-dimensional. This technique takes a good eye combined with ability in art and quite a bit of skill. The tattoo used the natural skin color to create lines and shapes more so than the actual ink. Tribal tattoos do not use the traditional inks found in tattoo parlors today and likewise they were not inked using the same tools.

While you can choose a tattoo design that literally means "strength", as in Kanji, the important thing is to have a design that gives you strength. You can choose from a number of designs as long as the one you choose has a special meaning and significance to you. It may remind you of someone close to you or someone who supported you in troubled times. Maybe someone who was there for you when you were young and from whom you gained strength.

Animal Tattoo Designs

A number of cultures used animal images to give them strength. The animals in their worlds they most admired would be a source of strength, endurance, and courage. By tattooing the animal images on their bodies they hoped to become more like them. Thus the image of a bear or lion or wolf would help the tattoo owners to become more courageous or stronger.
This might apply to you - the person who gives you strength could be represented by an image of a powerful animal, one renowned for its strength and courage.

Tribal Tattoo Designs

Tribal tattoos can evoke images in the mind of tribal battles for leadership, fighting for survival or dominance, hunting wild animals, braving the elements. They can take us back to primitive man when life itself was a gamble and only the strong survived. Whether the tattoos were done as part of a rite of passage, or to denote a position in the tribe or as an animal totem, they were all done crudely which inflicted pain. Just having the tattoo said the wearer was a person of courage because of the pain endured. Indeed, some tattoos were done simply to test a person's ability to endure pain - a test of courage.

Angel or Wing Tattoo Designs

People in the West are a familiar with Guardian Angels and as special messengers from God. Angels are also part of Jewish and Islamic faiths as well as a number of other religions and cultures going back to ancient times. They are usually represented as creatures with wings. An angel tattoo can remind us of strength as we are protected or inspired by these spiritual creatures. Wing tattoos can also act in the same way. Wings can give us a sense of protection, a sense of freedom - as in flight. How many oppressed people or prisoners or those who have lost freedom have dreamed of flying to freedom. Songs have been written about it.

Maybe there is someone in your life you see as your guardian angel, someone who inspires you, lifts you up. Perhaps it is an event - something you saw or did that makes your spirit take flight. A tattoo design of an angel or a set of wings could bring this to mind, to give you strength.

Cross Tattoos Designs

The cross is an enduring symbol of faith, hope and love. It can be used to remind you to have faith when things turn against you. It can be used to sustain you through tough times. It can be used to remember loved ones and to connect to them in spirit to give you strength.

There are other tattoo designs that can give you strength: the crown, a symbol of authority and leadership; the dragon, with its strength and magical powers; texts that are inspirational in themselves or favorite quotes of someone you love or admire. The tattoo design you choose to give you strength may be on public display but the feelings it evokes in you are uniquely yours. This is one tattoo that should be done just for you.

Tattooing has indeed grown more and more popular over the years. Where before it was shunned by the general public and considered weird, suspicious, and even evil, today it has become one of the most popular forms of art and personal expression. This surge in popularity posed a challenge for tattoo artists to widen the range of designs available in order for tattoos to become more appealing to people from all walks of life. Needless to say, they have risen to the challenge quite effortlessly. There are now countless tattoo designs for you to choose from, and these designs have been grouped into specific categories to make the choice a lot easier for you to make. Celebrity names and faces, cartoon characters and flowers are all popular tattoo designs, but perhaps nothing beats the pervasiveness and timeless appeal of tribal tattoos. What, exactly, makes tribal designs so popular? To what particular factor can its allure be attributed?

Img_2723_large

First off, tribal tattoos are very striking. Made up mostly of solid black lines and curves, it has the inherent tendency to catch attention and invite curiosity. Most people who see tribal tattoos are immediately drawn to the challenge of deciphering what the tattoo means, which makes it doubly attractive. Furthermore, tribal designs are very versatile. You can choose a preexisting design and use it merely as a base to create your own unique tribal tattoo. You can also fashion a tribal design to convey any meaning that has personal significance to you. But perhaps the best thing about tribal tattoo designs is that they can be very flexible. You can provide feedback while in the process of having a tattoo inked, and the artist can actually make adjustments to your chosen design as you go along. To accomplish this, it is best that you choose an experienced tattoo artist who is good at working freehand.

The versatility and flexibility of tribal tattoos is such that you can even combine it with other themes and still get attractive body art out of the fusion. For example, you can ask the artist to turn a simple playing card motif into an intricate tribal design by incorporating the bold lines and stripes into the basic artwork. But, of course, combining tribal designs with other themes and motifs requires a lot of taste and discretion as well. No matter how versatile tribal tattoos are, it will never look stylish when combined with Bugs Bunny or Betty Boop. But then again, this statement might just challenge a tattoo artist out there into actually making an attractive Bugs Bunny tribal design.

So now we know why tribal tattoos are still very popular, and how they have stood the test of time. It is strikingly attractive, versatile enough to place anywhere on your body, and flexible enough to design freehand. In fact, no other tattoo design can claim the distinction of being stylish no matter where it is located. You can even wrap a tribal tattoo around your limbs and it will still look elegant and alluring. It also looks good whether you choose to have it done in smaller sizes or go for the grander schemes.

When choosing kanji symbols is that they are only one of three writing systems used in Japan --which is where kanji is used (not China). Kanji is the oldest and most complicated of the three writing systems( kanji, hiragana and katakana). The other systems are hiragana and katakana, with katakana being the most familiar to westerners. Why the most familiar? Because katakana is used specifically to write foreign words (and science words and a few other things) and foreign names.Characters can be written both vertically and horizontally. Here are some Kanji Tattoo Symbols pictures.
